Hebridean Handcrafts is owned by Skye and Troy, who have been crafting unique and individual gifts for many years. Lately you may have seen us at the Craft Fairs located in Tarbert on the beautiful Island of Harris, and more recently in the renovated Town Hall in Stornoway Isle of Lewis.
We endeavour to create gifts that the recipient will treasure forever. Many hours of love, care and attention goes into each item, be it large or small.
This year is the Chinese Year of the Dragon, with this in mind we hope to delight you further by extending our range of “Wee Beasties” which are most popular with visitors and Island Folk alike. Our bigger dragons will also be available for sale and made to order. We are always happy to work with our customers to ensure every detail is correct for their needs.
Skye, enjoys working with the wonderful “ Harris Tweed” which is made as the name suggests on the Isle of Harris, you will find a selection of Harris Tweed items in the boutique section of the site.
The boutique will also feature “ Ooak “ ( One of a kind) items of clothing in various sizes from Children to Adult. You can buy from us, safe in the knowledge that you will be the only one to have an item of this kind, as designs are never repeated on a like for like basis.
Troy will be offering a new selection of “Rock Clocks” and these as the name suggests are located in the Clock section. Troy is also happy to create a clock for you, to your own specifications.
Every thing else will be held under the title of bits and bobs as we just love to have a go at something new.
